    Whitecentre sp. z o.o. is registered in the Polish Register of Activities in the Field of Virtual Currencies maintained by the Ministry of Finance under number RDWW-1319.
    The company operates under the Polish AML Act and applicable European Union AML/CFT regulations. WHITECENTRE is preparing its governance and operational framework for transition into the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) authorisation regime once the Polish CASP licensing process becomes operational.
